Tecsee Christmas Dolphin

I don't know what makes these Christmas anymore, they were originally shown off as Santa in a sleigh, then with the Rabbit, and then Santa was replaced with a Dolphin I guess, Santa had to go due to "quality control concerns". 

These have a PC top, Nylon Bottom, and POM stem.
