Now this is the interesting stuff from KTT's new Taobao storefront. KTT originally listed them as POM bottom housing and stem with a UPE top, but they changed it now to say it's full POM, another seller on Taobao still has the old UPE top listed and in the hand, I'm pretty sure that's what these are.
