One of the many, many ice cream switches from Kailh! It feels like they are alluding to an upcoming ice cream shop or something. This one looks a lot like an upgrade to the Kailh BOX Cream switch with new materials and most likely new molds as well, though the original comes from their "Cream" line of switches in collaboration with NovelKeys_.
