Huano Qilian Mountain

Huano has been on a roll lately, releasing more switches than we usually see from them, and a fair few collaborations/board-exclusive products. This comes from some board, although I don't know what it was. They don't list materials, but the Xianyu seller suggests it might be a Caramel Latte recolor.
