HMX Cloud V2, HMX Clouds, but now with 100% more LED condensers! Clouds are one of our better sellers out of the HMX switches, so when I saw a V2 with new condenser molds I knew we needed to pick them up. These are exceptionally smooth, and use an LY stem and nylon housings, although I think the nylon blend changed between the two. We also picked these up in the heaviest weight available since that is usually more in line with preference in the West vs in China.

The switch as a whole, great, standard hmx quality. I think i bought these to test the condensers though so let's see that... annnnnnd they do their job i guess... I did a visual comparison for myself between my board with ks9 blacks (aka clear top, white smd bottom) and the hmx. Without the condenser in the hmx, it was a little darker overall than the ks9s. With the condenser, the top half of the switch was a tiny bit brighter than the ks9s. Here's a pic I edited to look more true to my eye between the ks9s surrounding the hmx with the condenser ("O"), we're talking about maybe a 10% improvement over clear tops on the top half of the switch? Not nothing or actively harming, but not life-changing by any means...
