one of the best silent tacticals

This makes my top 3 silent tactiles, among Gazzew Boba U4, and Akko Penguin. (tested probably a dozen)
Wobble: U4 > Panda > Penguin
Silence: Penguin > Panda > U4
Feel: (all about the same, any difference is subjective)
Cost: Penguin < U4 < Panda
