Co-Gain J04E Blue

You know, I'm not even mad these don't have real names, the serial numbers are fine. So we finally found the manufacturer of these weird opticals, Co-Gain/Xuda, and even found a website and taobao storefront. So of course I had to buy all their OEM level stuff. Anyway, these are a blue clicky with the world's tiniest 'h' logo on the nameplate.
